  • Epoxy-coated painted steel feet ensuring perfect stability at the bottom of the basin.

The OxyFlow is suitable for all types of basins:

  • Circular or rectangular basins, with the circular model.
  • Channel-shaped basins, with the channel model.

With a power range from 4 to 37 kW, it precisely meets the requirements of each installation, whether for municipal wastewater treatment plants or industrial facilities.

BIOTRADE offers two OxyFlow models to adapt to all basin configurations:

  • Circular model: suitable for circular or rectangular basins.
  • Channel model: specially designed for channel-shaped basins.
  • The OxyFlow consists of the following components:
  • Powerful and robust gear motor, with temperature and leakage sensors available as an option depending on the model.
  • 304L stainless steel body, with 316L stainless steel available as an option for maximum corrosion resistance.
  • 304L stainless steel propeller, designed for optimal low-speed mixing.
  • Epoxy-coated painted steel feet, ensuring perfect stability at the bottom of the basin.
  • EPDM or OST air intake tube, available in two diameters, Ø102 or Ø152 mm, for different temperature ranges from -30°C to +120°C.
  • Custom-made stainless steel lifting cable for easy installation and maintenance.

How does the OxyFlow work?

The OxyFlow uses a slow-speed gear motor to mix and oxygenate the water with a stainless steel propeller. An air intake tube ensures optimal oxygen diffusion.

Can the OxyFlow be installed in an existing basin?

Yes, the OxyFlow is installed directly at the bottom of the basin without major modifications, thanks to its painted steel feet and stainless steel lifting cable.
