BioScreen DGI, Inclined Screen

Equipment for the automatic screening of municipal and industrial wastewater.

The BioScreen DGI is an automatic inclined screen designed for the treatment of municipal and industrial wastewater.

The effluent reaches the screen through a channel or pumping station, then passes through a screen that retains particles and suspended solids. These wastes are then collected by combs, lifted and discharged downstream of the screen for removal.

Thanks to its inclined design, the BioScreen DGI provides efficient screening, effective screenings discharge and easy integration into different structural configurations.

BIOTRADE supplies different types of inclined screens depending on the inlet flow rate, the screening gap and the installation constraints.

The BioScreen DGI is designed to meet the requirements of new or existing installations, with custom manufacturing adapted to the site.

  • 304L or 316L stainless steel structure.
  • Screen made of rectangular profiles.
  • Stainless steel combs.
