Presentation

The BIOTRADE circular degasser is designed to remove dissolved gases from municipal or industrial wastewater. This system is specially adapted for installation in cylindrical-conical civil engineering basins.

Designed and manufactured in BIOTRADE workshops, the degasser is custom-sized according to the specific requirements of each project, ensuring optimal efficiency and increased durability.

Technical Specifications

BIOTRADE circular degassers are composed of the following elements:

  • Two diametrically opposed scraping arms for collecting floating matter.
  • For floating matter recovery, a scum hopper with a width ranging from 400 mm to 1,000 mm, with larger sizes available on request.
  • Immersed equipment made of 304L stainless steel, with 316L stainless steel available on request.
  • The equipment is driven by a suspended gear motor, adapted to the total weight of the assembly and to the specific constraints of each installation.

What are the manufacturing lead times?

Manufacturing lead times are 6 to 8 weeks from approval of the drawings by the client. Drawings are usually issued approximately 2 weeks after validation of the requirements.
