The BIOTRADE rectangular travelling bridge for grit and grease removal is designed to handle high flow rates. This equipment efficiently separates grease and grit from wastewater.

The travelling bridge moves on four wheels, two drive wheels and two driven wheels, ensuring smooth and stable movement on a concrete runway or rails.

  • Scraping: Equipped with scraper arms for floating matter and a bottom scraping system or grit suction system, such as Airlift.
  • Access walkway: Made of aluminium or stainless steel, with guardrails, handrails and toe boards for operator safety.
  • Flooring: Polyester resin grating for optimal visibility under the bridge.
  • Running system: Four wheels, two drive wheels and two driven wheels, with an anti-obstacle system to prevent damage.
  • Scraper lifting system: Motorised system designed to prevent blocking and facilitate the scraping of floating matter.
  • On-board control and automation cabinet

What are the manufacturing lead times?

Manufacturing lead times are 12 to 14 weeks from customer approval of the drawings. The drawings are usually issued approximately 2 weeks after the requirements have been validated.
