Presentation
The BIOTRADE BioScreen TV screw screen is a pre-treatment solution suitable for municipal and industrial effluents. It filters out solids present in wastewater and ensures their separation prior to downstream treatment stages.
Depending on the application, two versions are available: one designed for direct installation in a concrete channel, and another integrated into a stainless steel housing with inlet and outlet flanges for the effluent. For both configurations, BIOTRADE offers versions with or without compaction of the screenings.
Applications
- Industrial effluents: suitable particularly for the food processing and pharmaceutical industries for filtering solid and organic residues.
- Municipal effluents: suitable for wastewater treatment plants for separating solid matter from wastewater.
Models
The BioScreen TV range includes several models, from the TV 200 to the TV 700. Sizing depends on the chosen mesh size, the flow rate to be treated, and the site configuration.
Compositions
- 304L or 316L stainless steel structure.
- Shaftless screw made of high-strength steel.
- Filtering section with round-perforated mesh or Johnson-type screen.
