The BIOTRADE BioScreen DGE stair screen is ideally suited for screening municipal and industrial wastewater. The elliptical motion of its stair-shaped blades effectively lifts debris while ensuring excellent solid-liquid separation.

The BioScreen DGE is designed to deliver reliable operation, natural self-cleaning of the screen bars, and simplified maintenance. It offers a high-performance solution for both new installations and renovation projects.

BIOTRADE offers several models of BioScreen DGE step screens, suitable for channel widths ranging from 300 to 2,000 mm, depending on the configuration. Available bar spacings are 2, 3, or 6 mm.

The models include the DGE 800, DGE 1200, DGE 1600, DGE 2000, and DGE 2500 versions.

Three standard screening gaps are available: 2 mm for fine screening, 3 mm for standard municipal applications and 6 mm for coarser or industrial screening.

Is the BioScreen DGE self-cleaning?

Yes, the elliptical movement of the step-shaped blades continuously lifts the waste, without manual cleaning during operation.

Is there an anti-blocking device?
