Le déThe BIOTRADE circular grit and grease separator is designed for the treatment of wastewater, whether municipal or industrial, and can be adapted to any cylindrical-conical basin.
This system is often combined with a submerged grease removal turbine, AERODYN type, installed in the hopper, providing:
- A rotating flow to facilitate sand discharge towards the hopper.
- A turbulence zone promoting the separation of grease and agglomerated matter.
- Atmospheric air suction released as fine bubbles, helping grease rise to the surface.
The water is introduced tangentially into a central cylindrical deflector, then discharged through a submerged opening in the cylindrical wall.
