How does the installation phase work?

From the start of the project, a dedicated contact person is assigned to support you throughout the implementation of the solution. They coordinate the different deployment stages and ensure that each step runs smoothly:

Where is your data hosted?

All your data is hosted and processed exclusively in France on dedicated servers.

Regular backups are performed and stored on sites geographically separate from the main hosting infrastructure to ensure data security, integrity and availability.

How is your data returned at the end of the contract?

In accordance with current contractual and regulatory provisions, the reversibility clause ensures that the software provider facilitates the recovery and transfer of your data to another service provider or to an internal solution.

Biotrade provides the necessary human, technical and organisational resources to return all your data in a standard, usable format, thereby ensuring its reuse and the continuity of your operations.
